We, along with our subcontractors, will work diligently to ensure a high quality project at a reasonable price. We pride ourselves on providing unparalleled customer service and coordination such that even the most difficult occupied spaces can be modified with minimal disruption to the tenant. We have a zero tolerance policy for contract change orders. Unless, requested by the tenant or owner or mandated by the City or existing building conditions, we will deliver the project for the agreed upon price. We are particularly sensitive to schedule, and strive to beat even the most aggressive of time tables. We know from our experience that people make all the difference. To that end, either one or both of the company principals are actively involved in every phase of the project from beginning to end. We know that today’s times are especially challenging and we work toward meeting all of our client’s goals without sacrificing quality. We take great pride in not only the finish product, but the entire project experience.
