Hashem Sarsour

Hashem Sarsour has extensive work experience in the tech industry. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Technical Support at Bezeq International. In 2012, they became a Private Tutor for a self-employed position. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Customer Service Representative for Migdal Group. In 2017, they joined Dynamic Yield as a Technical Support Engineer, and over the course of four years, they held various roles such as Senior Support Engineer, Support Tech Lead, Support Team Lead, and NOC and Support. In 2022, they joined Vulcan Cyber as an Escalation Engineer.

Hashem Sarsour attended John Bryce from 2017 to 2018, where they studied Java Development for Client & Enterprise. From 2016 to 2017, they attended The College of Management Academic Studies, where they obtained a Quality Assurance and automation course in QA.
