Neil Hodgkiss

Neil Hodgkiss has a diverse work experience with various roles in different industries. Neil started their career in 2000 as an Administrator at NATHAN ENGINEERING (WEDNESFIELD) LIMITED, where they were responsible for typing letters, managing post, and creating promotional materials. Neil then worked as a Clerical Officer at the City of Wolverhampton Council, organizing the delivery and collection of community equipment. Neil later became a Service Information Officer at the council, where they acted as the first point of contact for service users, providing information and signposting them to appropriate services. Neil also worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant, conducting assessments and recommending aids and adaptations for independent living.

In 2011, Neil took on the role of Supporters Representative/Head of Media at AFC Wulfrunians, a football club. Here, they represented the supporters and managed media-related tasks.

Neil joined Vulcan Forged in 2021 and has held multiple roles within the company. As a Discord Moderator/Team Support, they ensured the smooth operations of the company's communication channels and provided support to community members. Neil also worked as a Presenter, Social Media Writer, and Game Lead, managing the majority of Vulcan Forged's social media accounts, presenting news shows on YouTube, and leading projects such as Phalanx and Block Babies. In their current role as a Community and Content Manager, Neil focuses on fostering a positive community and gathering feedback for continuous improvement of the player experience.
