Vaishal Patel

Vaishal Patel possesses extensive experience in operations strategy and engineering, having held various positions across reputable organizations. At McKinsey & Company, Vaishal served as an Associate from July 2015 to May 2017. Currently, Vaishal is the Senior Director of Operations Strategy at VulcanForms Inc. since July 2025. Previously, Vaishal worked at Pratt & Whitney as a Manufacturing Engineer from June 2008 to March 2013 and as a Graduate Research Fellow at Massachusetts General Hospital in early 2014. From February 2020 to January 2024, Vaishal held multiple roles at Wayfair, including Associate Director of Network Management and Head of Operations for Physical Retail. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, as well as a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, completed in 2015.
