Seth Sprowls

Seth Sprowls has a diverse work experience spanning over three companies. Seth started their career at FMC Technologies in 2007 as a Machinist and eventually moved up to the position of Production Supervisor. In 2016, they became an NC Progammer before leaving the company in 2017. Seth then joined TechnipFMC, where they held various roles, including Manufacturing Specialist, Lead Manufacturing Engineer, and Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor. Finally, in 2020, Seth joined Vulcan Industrial as the Plant Manager and later transitioned to the role of Director of Operations in 2022.

Seth Sprowls attended Tarleton State University from 2015 to 2017, where they obtained a BAAS (Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences) degree in Manufacturing & Industrial Management. Their field of study during their time at Tarleton State University was focused on manufacturing and industrial management. In May 2018, Seth also obtained a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification from TMAC.
