Travis Gable

Travis Gable, M.S., currently serves as the Manager of Talent & Organizational Development for Vulcan Materials Company, overseeing training and development across five states within the industrial mining sector. With experience from the Center for Creative Leadership, where Travis coached participants of the Golden Leaf Foundation program, and time at Belk leading early career development initiatives, Travis has a strong background in talent management and performance systems. Previous roles include positions at Shaw Industries focusing on leadership and performance analytics, as well as an independent contractor stint at EPB of Chattanooga. Educational credentials include a Master's Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Psychology from Appalachian State University.
