Ken Bean

Ken Bean is an accomplished operations executive with extensive experience in the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Vulcan Metals Corp. since August 2020, Bean previously held similar roles at Bradken and API Group. A significant part of Bean's career unfolded at Graham Packaging, where leadership spanned a diverse range of operational roles, including Director of Operations and Corporate Continuous Improvement Manager, focusing on project management, operational excellence, and lean culture implementation. Early career experience includes various engineering and managerial positions with Harley-Davidson Motor Company, Philips Lighting, and Schweizer Aircraft. Bean holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering & Management from Clarkson University, a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Alfred University, and completed executive education at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
