Alison G. Ivey

Alison Ivey is the Vice President, Legal and General Counsel at Vulcan LLC. Alison has been with the company since January 1997 and held the position of Associate until December 2002. Ivey is responsible for all legal aspects of the company, including but not limited to contract negotiation, litigation management, and regulatory compliance. In their role, they also provide general counsel to the Board of Directors and Executive Management team.

Alison Ivey has a Doctor of Law from Seattle University School of Law and a BA in Psychology from Connecticut College.
