Joel Sparrow

Joel Sparrow has extensive work experience in the field of systems engineering and information technology. Joel began their career as a Computer Technician at Sunpower Computing in 1997. After that, they worked as a Systems Engineer at Pickering & Associates Inc. from 1999 to 2003. At Pickering & Associates Inc., they specialized in systems engineering.

In 2003, Joel joined Holland America Line as a Systems Lead, where they introduced and implemented server virtualization for the fleet of ships and corporate infrastructure. Joel also played a key role in Exchange, Active Directory, Citrix, and VMware. Additionally, they had expertise in Information Security and the implementation of SOX compliance measures. Joel worked at Holland America Line until 2007.
