Kiki Gram

Kiki Gram is a seasoned professional in real estate development, currently serving as Senior Real Estate Development Manager at Vulcan Real Estate since August 2017, and as a Board Member for the Seattle 2030 District since July 2018. Previous experience includes Development Manager at Spectrum Development Solutions, LLC, managing notable projects such as Anthem on 12th and the historic restoration of the Publix Apartments. Kiki has held roles as Architectural Project Manager at Sound Transit and as Architect at both Graham Baba Architects and The Miller Hull Partnership, contributing to various commercial and residential projects.
