Nick Lenington

Nick Lenington, P.E. is a seasoned professional in real estate development and project management, currently serving as the Sr. Manager of Real Estate Development at Vulcan Real Estate since October 2016. Lenington oversees all facets of development on a diverse portfolio of projects, managing pre-acquisition due diligence, entitlement, design scoping, feasibility, permitting, and client relations. Prior experience includes roles at Microsoft, where Lenington managed significant portfolios and large construction projects, and Amgen, where Lenington led global capital project management efforts. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Commercial Real Estate from the University of Washington, an MBA from Seattle University, and a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington.
