Javier Sanchez Romero is a seasoned professional in the engineering and management sectors with extensive experience in the automotive and manufacturing industries. Currently serving as the General Manager of Vulcanic Termoelectrica, part of the Spirax Group, Javier previously held the role of General Manager at MEK CNC, overseeing multiple operational aspects in a TIER2 automotive parts supplier. Prior to that, Javier's career at Bosch included senior management roles focused on business development and project management for assembly systems and special machinery across various global locations. Javier started their career with internships at Siemens, BMW, and Tekia Ingenieros, culminating in a strong educational background with degrees in Industrial Engineering from Universidad Pontificia Comillas and Hochschule München, along with a finance and accounting-focused program from IESE Business School.
