Since May 2015, Colton has held the position of Engineering Process and Design Tools Owner at Vulcraft Verco, where responsibilities include overseeing engineering software enhancements and leading various projects within the organization. Previous roles at Vulcraft Verco include Software Testing/QA Lead and Structural Design Engineer, during which Colton contributed to software quality assurance, designed joists for structural systems, and facilitated innovative departmental processes. Prior experience includes secondary framing design and fabrication roles at Steel Concepts and Sure Steel, Inc. Colton holds a Bachelor and Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a Structural Emphasis from Utah State University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering at Western Governors University.
