Judith Byrnes

Judith Byrnes has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Their most recent position was as the Chief Operating Officer and Operations Manager at VUniverse, where they were responsible for company processes and team management. Prior to that, they served as the President of LivJSJ, LLC and was the owner of CharlestonJSJ. Judith also worked as the Director of Business Operations at Truck Specialized Parking Services (TSPS) and held various roles at CodeLynx, LLC, including Director of Software Engineering Division and Project Manager. Judith worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at CACI International Inc and held the position of Support Division Director at the MARINE CORPS. Judith's earlier career includes roles such as the National Security Personnel System Training Program Manager at UNITED STATES PACIFIC FLEET HEADQUARTERS and Pacific Fleet Knowledge Manager at NAVY. Judith also served as the Director of Base Operations Support at Naval Postgraduate School.

Judith Byrnes completed their undergraduate studies in Accounting at Penn State University. Judith then pursued a Certificate in Public Management at Indiana University. Following this, they attended the Naval Postgraduate School, where they obtained a Master's degree in Operations Research. Additionally, they received a Naval Officer commission through the Officer Candidate School (OCS), specializing in the General Unrestricted Line field of study.
