Doug Caswell

Doug Caswell has a varied work experience spanning several companies. Doug began their career at Bausch & Lomb in 1992, where they served as the Manager of Metals Engineering Technology until 1999. Doug then joined Ultralife Corporation in 2002 as the Director of Engineering, a position they held until 2007. During their time at Ultralife, Caswell also took on the roles of VP of Engineering, New Product Development and VP of Corporate Quality. In 2011, they briefly served as the Vice President of Operations, Battery and Energy Products at Ultralife. Caswell then moved on to Parlec Inc. in 2013, where they served as the Director of Engineering and was responsible for the implementation of machining technologies and assembly processes. In 2017, they joined ENEROC LLC as the Business Development Manager, a role they held until 2019. Most recently, Caswell was appointed as the Director of Operations at Vuzix Corporation in November 2019.

Doug Caswell has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Rochester Institute of Technology. Doug also holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Mechanical Engineering Technologies from Alfred State College - SUNY College of Technology.
