Joe Martin has a strong background in iOS development, with experience in various roles and companies. Joe started their career at Cynergy, The Experience Agency in 2006 as a Software Consultant, where they developed enterprise web applications using Adobe Flex and iOS mobile applications using Objective-C. In 2013, they joined KPMG US as a Senior iOS Developer, focusing on building native mobile applications with a strong emphasis on UX interaction. Joe also worked on prototyping iOS applications to help clients understand wireframes and UX interaction, as well as software architecture for iOS applications. In 2017, Joe joined Black Pixel as a Senior iOS Developer, where they developed an iOS Framework for mobile food ordering in arenas and stadiums, building it in Swift. Currently, Joe is working at Vuzix Corporation as a Senior iOS Engineer, where they are developing companion apps for smart glasses such as Blade, M400, M300XL, and M300.
Joe Martin obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, where they studied from 1994 to 1999.
