Jian Zhou

Jian Zhou is a seasoned professional in cost management and quantity surveying with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Cost Manager at VVA Project & Cost Managers since March 2020, Jian previously held senior roles at Rider Levett Bucknall from 2002 to 2020, progressing from Senior Quantity Surveyor to Senior Cost Manager. Jian’s career commenced at Rider Hunt, where valuable foundational skills were developed as a Quantity Surveyor in both Sydney and Adelaide from 1995 to 2002. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Building with a specialization in Quantity Surveying from the University of South Australia, completed between 1991 and 1994.
