Yadira Alvarez

Yadira Alvarez is an accomplished professional in cost management with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently serving as the Director of Cost Management at VVA Project & Cost Managers since April 2021, Yadira previously held the position of Senior Cost Manager in the same company. Prior to this role, Yadira worked as an Estimator at JRM Construction Management from July 2017 to April 2021, and held similar estimating positions at James E. Fitzgerald, Inc., CP & Associates Construction Corp, and Plateau Painting Co Inc, spanning from August 2010 to July 2017. Yadira holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture from Columbia University, earned between 2006 and 2010.
