Eli Marder

Eli Marder has been working in the retirement community industry for over 20 years. Eli started out as a VP of Development for Deltacorp Developments, where they oversaw the construction of several senior living communities. In 2007, they transitioned to V!VA Retirement Communities, where they served as Executive Vice President for four years. In 2011, they were promoted to CEO, where they have continued to lead V!VA to new heights. Under their leadership, V!VA has become one of the largest and most successful retirement communities in North America.
