Kimberly Easthope

Kimberly brings 15 years of experience within the healthcare industry to V!VA Retirement Communities, leading human resource strategy and initiatives that build Team Member engagement, and retains great talent. When Kimberly is not Making Today Great! at V!VA Retirement Communities, she enjoys quality time with her husband and their six children. Kimberly is currently obtaining a Master’s degree in Leadership and Strategy at the University of Guelph and looks forward to applying what she's learned at V!VA.
