Heidi Visser

Heidi Visser is an experienced professional in organizational consultancy, management support, and healthcare training. Since September 2019, Heidi has been the owner of ChangeRV, focusing on policy support and coaching. Current roles include management support at Npuls and multiple policy support positions for V&VN organizations. Heidi has been a board member of MediAid since 2011, actively training underprivileged individuals in Sri Lanka in healthcare. Previous experiences encompass facilitating change initiatives at Careyn using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, project management, and mentorship in various healthcare settings. Educational achievements include a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and multiple assessor qualifications, contributing to a robust background in healthcare improvement and training.
