Jasmien Claes is the Global Lead of HR at VVOB since October 2020, overseeing the global HR strategy and ensuring effective HR policies and processes across nine countries. Prior to this role, Jasmien Claes served as an HR Business Partner at Danone from August 2015 to October 2020, where responsibilities included serving as the primary HR contact for various teams and providing strategic insights on topics such as learning and recruitment. Jasmien Claes began at Danone as a Junior HR Generalist and initially worked in recruitment and internal communication while also contributing to HR projects. Jasmien Claes has a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from KU Leuven and studied at the University of Valencia from 2011 to 2012.
