Frank Nissen

Frank Nissen is an experienced professional in the fields of safety, management, and youth protection, currently serving as Clustermanager at Leger des Heils Jeugdbescherming & Reclassering since September 2013, where responsibilities include leading both youth protection and reclassification teams. Nissen also holds the position of Veiligheidscoördinator at VVV-Venlo, with overall accountability for safety.
