Laura Schueler, PMP, is an experienced professional in customer operations and software development, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations NAR at VW Credit, Inc. since January 2022. Prior roles at VW Credit include Director of Servicing Operations Technologies and Senior Director of Application Delivery, where Laura provided software vision and strategy across multiple projects, effectively bridging business operational needs with IT resources.
