Eshwari Varma

Eshwari Varma PMP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eshwari started their career at GENPACT LLC as a Training Manager in 2002 and worked there until 2010. From 2010 to 2011, they served as Lead for L&D and Employee Experience at Dupont India. Eshwari then joined the Indian School of Business as a Senior Manager in Design and Delivery from 2011 to 2013. Following that, they worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as Deputy General Manager of HR from 2013 to 2017. Eshwari then joined Amazon as a Global Leader in Talent Management and Mobility from 2017 to 2022. Eshwari then moved to Innova Solutions as the Director of People Experience & Development from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they serve as the Human Resources Director at VXI Global Solutions, LLC starting in 2023.

Eshwari Varma PMP has completed a Certificate course in HR Management and HR Analytics from the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode in the year 2023. Prior to this, they obtained a PMP Certification from the Project Management Institute between 2010 and 2019. Eshwari also holds a Master's degree in Applied Psychology from Annamalai University, completed from 2011 to 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as an EQi Certified professional from Multi-Health Systems Inc. in 2016 and as a PMP - Project Management Professional from PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter in 2010.
