Reyner Adriano has over 17 years of experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, currently serving as Associate Director of Account Management at VXI Global Solutions, LLC since June 2016. Reyner has successfully launched multiple programs across various sectors, including Telco, Healthcare, Sales, and Streaming, demonstrating exceptional capabilities in client relationship management, operations management, and training development. Previous roles include Operations Manager, Training Manager, and Training Specialist, where Reyner developed impactful training programs, managed large teams, and improved operational efficiency. Additionally, Reyner held leadership positions in the Rotaract Club of Malolos, contributing to various community service projects. Reyner holds a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education from Bulacan State University.
