Roni Umali Exconde

Roni Umali Exconde has a diverse work experience in the customer service industry. Roni is currently serving as the Global Quality Director at VXI Global Solutions, LLC since April 2023. Before joining VXI, they worked at Everise as the Director of Business Controller from October 2020 to April 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Sutherland Global Services, including Global Director of Quality & Customer Experience from August 2016 to October 2020, Senior Manager of Quality Site Lead from July 2014 to August 2016, Senior Associate Manager of Business Transformation from May 2011 to July 2014, and Quality Team Manager from July 2010 to May 2011.
