Ryan Collins

Ryan Collins is an experienced executive in operations and client success, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer for CX Experience Management at Conduent since February 2019. In previous roles at Conduent, Ryan held titles including Vice President of LACAR and North America Operations and Vice President of Delivery Operations, overseeing significant budgets and multiple locations. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Cloud5 Communications, where responsibilities encompassed operations management and client success, and at Concentrix and HGS.
