Stephen Asma has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the service delivery and operations management field. Stephen is currently serving as the Vice President of Client Services at VXI Global Solutions, LLC. Prior to this, they worked as the VP and Head of FinTech & Disruptors Ops at Sitel Group. Stephen also held the position of Vice President of Client and Operations Management at SYKES and was the Senior Director of Service Delivery at Morgan & Morgan, P.A. Stephen has previously worked at Frontier Communications in several managerial roles, including Director of Strategic Partnerships Operations & PMO and Manager of Project Management Office.

Stephen Asma attended SUNY Oneonta from 1996 to 1997, studying Accounting. Stephen then transferred to the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville, where they studied Business Administration and Management from 1997 to 1999.
