Subir is responsible for their entire India operations and P&L for the entire region. Subir brings 27 years of cross-functional executive leadership experience in the BPM and IT space, covering service delivery, client relationship management, transformation, technology innovation, P&L, and people leadership. Subir has a proven track record of delivering benchmark results and driving stakeholder value. He is laser-focused on delivering exceptional customer experience for their clients and their customers.

Prior to VXI, Subir has been in executive leadership positions with industry leaders like GE, Dell, SITEL, IBM, and Concentrix among others where he partnered with clients to help operationalize their vision and strategies for scale and sustained success. This entailed rapid scaling of teams, global footprint expansion, setting up new capabilities, and equipping a large workforce to deliver a superior level of performance.

Subir has a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Statistics and a Master’s in Business Administration.
