Ana Bos

Ana Bos serves as the Senior Director of Global Human Resources Operations at Vyaire Medical, where responsibilities include managing the Centers of Excellence team to enhance global compensation, benefits, HRIS, and Learning & Development strategies. With a career at Vyaire Medical starting in July 2017, Ana has progressed through various roles from Manager to Director, demonstrating leadership in payroll, compensation, compliance, and personnel management while aligning HR initiatives with corporate objectives. Prior to Vyaire Medical, Ana worked at Bridgeview Bank Group for 18 years as Human Resources Officer, overseeing payroll processing, compliance for over 900 employees, and leading recruitment and onboarding processes. Ana holds a Bachelor's degree from Northeastern Illinois University.
