Edward Manley

Edward Manley, CPA, currently serves as Vice President & Controller at Vyaire Medical, bringing extensive experience in financial leadership. Previously, Edward held key positions at American Standard as VP, Corporate Controller & Treasurer for the Americas and Global Process Owner for Accounting, and at Brooks Instrument as Global Controller. Edward's career at Tyco encompassed various roles, including Assistant Controller for ADT & International Fire and Engineered Products, and CFO/V.P. of Finance for Flow Control North America. Edward also gained valuable experience as Internal Audit Manager for Tyco International in the Asia Pacific region, alongside earlier roles as Internal Auditor. Edward holds an MBA in Finance from La Salle University and a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of Southern Maine.
