Tatiana Shakespeare

Tatiana Shakespeare has worked in the service industry since 2004. Tatiana began their career as a Store Manager at Starbucks, where they worked for 10 years. In 2014, they moved on to become a General Manager at Le Pain Quotidien. In 2016, they joined CITYMD as a Multi-Site Operations Manager and Brand Ambassador, where they were responsible for managing, overseeing, and ensuring the successful administrative, financial, and operational aspects of the site. In 2019, they began working at Vybe Urgent Care, where they held the roles of Senior Operations Manager, Multi Unit Manager/ HR Representative, and Multi Unit Manager.

Tatiana Shakespeare obtained an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from City University of New York-Herbert H. Lehman College. Tatiana also holds certifications from the NYC Department of Education as a Classroom Facilitator and from the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene for Food Safety.
