Lauren Masterson

Lauren Masterson has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. Lauren started their career in 2010 as a Server at Bold Food, where they were recognized as Employee of the Month 6 times and traveled with C-Suite executives to new restaurant openings. In 2013, they became a Production Assistant at Blue Star Multimedia. In 2014, they joined Yashi as a Marketing Manager and Marketing Associate, where they developed the company’s branding strategy and corresponding roadmap to launch the marketing department, managed the company’s digital presence, and served as the Managing Editor of the daily company blog. In 2016, they moved to Postcreatives as a Marketing Manager and Producer. In 2017, they became the Director of Marketing at Advanced Wellness. Most recently, they joined Vydia in 2018 as a Director of Product Management, Senior Product Manager, and Product Manager, where they lead cross-functional teams through successful product release cycles and focused on improving product management processes.

Lauren Masterson has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communication from Monmouth University, which they obtained in 2014. Lauren also has two Associate of Arts (A.A.) degrees, one in English and one in Education, from Brookdale Community College which they obtained in 2012. In addition, they have obtained several certifications including a Product-Led Leader Fellowship from the Product-Led Alliance in 2022, a HIPAA Security and Privacy Certification in 2018, YouTube Asset Monetization, YouTube Music, YouTube Music Rights Management, and YouTube Content Ownership in 2021 and 2022.
