Kushal Doshi

Kushal Doshi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in account management and customer success across various organizations. Currently serving as the Strategic Director of Account Management at Vymo Asia since February 2025, Kushal has previously held key roles including Director of Customer Success at both Lentra and Haptik, and Customer Success Team Lead at Vymo. Prior to these positions, Kushal was the Country Head for Enterprise Sales and Account Management at Elixia Tech Solutions Ltd. and served as a Customer Success Manager at Mahindra & Mahindra. Earlier career highlights include roles at Accenture as a Pre-sales/Business Analyst and as an intern at Siemens, as well as experience in customer support and content strategy. Kushal holds a Post Graduate degree in Operations Management from KJ Somaiya Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from K.J. Somaiya College of Engineering.
