Klaas Vanderjeugt

Klaas Vanderjeugt is an experienced Project Design Engineer at VYNCKE NV since August 2018, specializing in the design and construction of energy plants ranging from 10-100 MWth, utilizing biomass and Solid Recovered Fuel (SRF) for thermal and electrical energy production. Prior to this role, Klaas contributed as a Masterproefstudent at ArcelorMittal Belgium, focusing on automation in railway infrastructure, and worked as an Automation Engineer at Catael bvba, gaining valuable skills in PLC programming and industrial robotics. Earlier experience includes technical drawing at NV Michel Van de Wiele and various roles in quality control and operation at Pullmaflex. Klaas holds a Master's degree from Ghent University and a Bachelor's degree from the same institution, complemented by earlier education at Vti Sint-Lucas Menen.
