Skye Felipe has extensive experience in customer experience management and product management, currently serving in multiple roles at Vyne Dental and Renaissance Electronic Services since January 2009. Responsibilities include solving escalated customer service cases, maintaining relationships with priority clients, and leading cross-department initiatives for continuous improvement. Skye has also provided coaching and training to team members and developed strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Prior experience includes a role at Foxconn, where inventory management and cost reduction were key objectives. Skye holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from International Business College-Indianapolis and an Associate of Applied Science degree from Kaplan University.
