Hans Mattheeuws is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in senior leadership roles within the chemical and food industries. Currently serving as Executive Vice President Finance at Vynova Group since August 2015, Hans oversees all financial, legal, IT, tax, and treasury processes and is a member of the Board. Previous positions include Senior Vice President at INEOS ChlorVinyls LVM and CFO at Tessenderlo Group, with responsibilities in group controlling, consolidation, and accounting. Early career roles included Group Controller at Wymar International and Finance Director at Campina. Hans holds an MBA and a Master in Controllership from Vlerick Business School, alongside a Licentiaat EW from KU Leuven.
