Vynova Group
Ward Vanbaelen has extensive experience in plant management and production, primarily in the chemical manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Plant Manager for VCM at Vynova Group since October 2017, Ward previously held the position of Plant Manager for Electrolysis at VYNOVA from August 2015 to October 2017. Prior to that, Ward was Production Manager for Electrolysis at INEOS ChlorVinyls LVM from August 2011 to July 2015 and held a similar role at Tessenderlo Group from September 2002 to August 2011. Ward's tenure at Tessenderlo Group also includes experience as Production Manager for Sulfuric Acid and as an engineer in the environmental department from 1992 to 2002. Ward Vanbaelen holds a master's degree in chemical engineering from Ghent University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
