BK Ho has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles within the technology and services industry. BK is currently the Regional Success, Senior Director - Asia at Vyntelligence, where they lead client presales engagement, business development, and customer success for digitalization solutions in various sectors. Prior to this, BK Ho held roles at Lenovo Group Ltd, Hi-P International, B2X Care Solutions GmbH, Motorola Mobility Inc., and Motorola Inc., where they were responsible for global operations, supply chain management, quality control, and customer service. BK Ho's experience demonstrates their expertise in driving operational excellence and delivering value-added services to companies in the APAC region.

BK Ho has a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in International Business from Nanyang Technological University Singapore. They also have a Master's degree in Science (MS) in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from the same university. Prior to that, BK Ho obtained a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE) in Mechanical & Production Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

In addition to their formal education, BK Ho has also obtained several certifications from SkillsFuture SG. These certifications include the Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), Assessment Design and Implementation, Learning Experience Delivery, Learning Solution Design, Skills Framework Adoption, Technology-enabled Learning Delivery, and Workplace Learning Delivery.
