Mayank Sharma

Mayank Sharma has a diverse work experience spanning over decades. Mayank is currently serving as the Chief Data Officer at Vyntelligence, where they focus on simplifying work processes and promoting transparency within the team. Mayank is also an official member of the Forbes Technology Council since 2021.

Before joining Vyntelligence, Mayank worked at Raymond James as the VP and Head of Data Science from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they held a long-term role as a Research Staff Member at IBM Research from 2005 to 2018, where they worked at the IBM T. J. Watson Research Center in New York. Mayank also briefly worked as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Columbia University in 2009 and as a DSP Engineer at Sasken from 1997 to 1998.

Mayank Sharma completed their Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, from 1993 to 1997. Mayank then pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University from 1998 to 2000. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University from 2000 to 2005.
