Vidula Hanmantgad has extensive experience in human resources and management. Vidula started their career as an Assistant Manager in Personnel & HRD at Boehringer Mannheim, where they focused on manpower planning, recruitment, and performance appraisals. After this role, they served as a Human Resource Representative at Mphasis, where they handled recruitment, campus recruitment, and performance appraisals. Vidula then worked as an HR Consultant at Think Ahead, where they formulated and implemented HR policies and provided consultancy services. Afterward, Vidula joined Logica as a Recruitment professional. Vidula later took on a role as a Project Consultant at ACAS as part of their Master's degree program at the London School of Economics. In 2014, they became a Sr Director - People Success at vyntelligence by hL, where they were responsible for all aspects of HR, including designing HR strategy, implementing talent strategies, leading recruitment efforts, ensuring statutory compliance, and managing compensation and benefits.

Vidula Hanmantgad has a comprehensive education history.
