Vidula Hanmantgad

Vidula Hanmantgad has extensive experience in HR and People Success roles. Vidula started their career in 1993 as an Assistant Manager - Personnel & HRD at Boehringer Mannheim, where they handled various tasks including manpower planning, recruitment, and performance appraisals. Vidula then worked at Mphasis as a Human Resource Representative, where they independently handled recruitment and selection processes. Vidula also worked as an HR Consultant at Think Ahead, formulating and implementing HR policies.
