Mike Mckay

Mike has been in the European Space Agency for 40 years. While his technical experience is diverse, covering astrophysics, earth observation, Lunar & Martian exploration and human spaceflight, he was also in ESA’s upper management and heavily involved in strategic planning and governance, including ESA’s Space Debris Office. Through governmental appointments, he has provided independent governance and advice, and been Board Chairman of a successful non-profit association with over 200 employees.
