Paul has made unique theoretical and applied astrodynamic contributions to critical research activities during 50 years in the Aerospace industry. Research interests include modeling of orbital motion and the development of the semi-analytical satellite theory, orbit determination, and the development of astrodynamics software. Also international programs and team building.
