Erin Champion

Erin Champion has over 10 years of work experience. Erin began their career in 2003 as a Pool Manager, Lifeguard, and Instructor at Martinez Municipal Pool. In 2008, they became a Newsroom Intern at KVAL News Channel. Erin then held a Multimedia Reporter role at Oregon Daily Emerald in 2009. In the same year, they were a Production Intern at Engaging Media Inc. and a PR Intern at Blanc & Otus. Erin also worked as a Videographer & Editor at Freelance in 2010. During this time, they also held a Communications Director role at beNOW.tv. From 2010 to 2015, they worked at lululemon athletica, where they held the roles of Community Manager, Keyleader, and Educator. Finally, from 2015 to 2018, they worked at Vyond, where they held the roles of Customer Success Training Manager, Customer Success Associate, Director of Customer Success, and Sr. Customer Success Manager.

Erin Champion holds a BA in Journalism: Electronic Media, History, Communication Studies Minor from the University of Oregon, which they obtained between 2005 and 2009. Erin also holds a High School Diploma from Alhambra HS, which they obtained between 2001 and 2005. Additionally, they have obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessCOACHING in May 2020.
