Tracy Srivastava

Tracy Srivastava has a diverse work experience. Tracy began their career in 2013 as a Private English Tutor at Hong Kong Education Centre and at Graceyard Education Centre, Hong Kong. In 2014, they became an Exchange Participant Manager of the Global Community Development Programme at AIESEC Hong Kong Limited. In 2015, they began working at AMP Credit Technologies as a Business and Data Analyst and then as a Project Business Analyst | Product Owner. In 2020, they took on the role of Product Manager at Vyond. During their time at AMP Credit Technologies, they shaped the early vision of the products and services as the company shifted its operations from a loan underwriting company to an information technology company. Tracy also defined features and functionality of the OCR solution based on business and technical high level and detailed requirements from clients, and designed workflows of the proposed solution for internal and external users and outlined corresponding user stories. At AIESEC Hong Kong Limited, they increased the number of university students joining their exchange programmes by 5%. At Graceyard Education Centre, Hong Kong, they taught lessons to students from the age of 7 to 18, focusing on reading, writing, listening and speaking as needed.

Tracy Srivastava attended St. Paul's Convent School (Secondary Section) from 2006 to 2012. Tracy then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) at City University of Hong Kong from 2013 to 2017, majoring in Information Systems and Auditing with a minor in Finance. In 2016, Tracy participated in an exchange programme at Iowa State University, studying Management Information Systems, General. Additionally, Tracy has obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance in September 2021.
