Brad Filbert

Brad Filbert has a diverse work experience in various leadership roles in the fields of retail banking, customer service operations, workforce management, and contact centers. Brad is currently the Chief Retail Officer at VyStar Credit Union, where they have held positions such as Senior Vice President of Retail Banking and Vice President of Enterprise Contact Centers. Prior to VyStar Credit Union, Brad held executive positions at The Results Companies, American Express, Expert Global Solutions, Charter Communications, Network Solutions, Walgreens, United Healthcare Medicare Solutions, Express Scripts Inc., and Farmers Insurance Group. Brad'sexpertise lies in global workforce management, robotic process automation, and workforce planning.
