Brian Kitchens

Brian Kitchens has extensive experience in corporate real estate and facilities management. Brian has held various senior roles throughout their career, including as SVP - Corporate Real Estate and Security at VyStar Credit Union, VP - Corporate Facilities at Lowe's Companies, Inc., and Senior Director - Real Estate Management at the American Red Cross. Brian has also worked as a Senior Consultant/Project Manager at Newton & Associates, Inc. and as a Regional Director - Corporate Real Estate at US Airways, Inc. Brian has managed large real estate portfolios and has expertise in areas such as site selection, acquisitions, lease negotiations, and financial forecasting.

Brian Kitchens holds a BSBA degree in Finance from Florida State University's College of Business. Brian also obtained an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
