Lauren Wilsford

Lauren Wilsford, MS, PMP, ACP, CSM, SPC4, is an accomplished project and program manager with over three decades of experience in technology and project management. Currently at VyStar Credit Union since October 2018, Lauren plays a key role in the Digital Delivery Team, leading significant projects and overseeing the rollout of Agile methodologies. Achievements include successfully rescuing a critical Internet/Mobile project and managing the acquisition of Citizen’s State Bank. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Agile Coach at Process & IT Professional Solutions, Inc., where Lauren was recognized for fostering high-performing teams and executing strategic visions. Lauren's early career involved software engineering and database analysis, contributing to notable projects for companies like Roche Diagnostics, AT&T, and Medtronic. Academically, Lauren holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Indiana State University.
